山东德棉集团恒丰纺织有限公司共拥有棉纺环锭纺10万枚、气流纺锭6000头，紧密纺1万锭，赛络纺3万锭，精梳纺机43套，引进了具有国际先进水平的全自动络筒机（意大利Savio）、倍捻机（瑞士saurer）等纺纱设备，具备生产100s以内的各种纱线。包括Modal（莫代尔）、Tencel（天丝）、竹纤维、Lyoell（绿赛尔）、纽代尔、天然彩棉、有机棉、玉米纤维、大豆纤维、牛奶纤维、抗菌腈纶、Coolmax（杜邦吸湿排汗纤维）、Cooplus（台湾吸湿排汗纤维）、Vilfot（保暖纤维）、铜氨纤维、竹炭纤维、丽赛纤维（Richel）、远红外纱线、AB纱、羊绒多组份等，另外还有自主创新开发的无捻毛巾纱和改善纱线质量的赛络纺特殊工艺，公司已通过ISO9002质量体系认证和ISO14001环境管理体系认证。
